i still have a redhead's characteristic porcelain-pale skin, but
now that i'm all growed up (and living on the west coast), i have
freckles...
Natural redheads come with guaranteed mystery. A charm and allure
that is innate, part of our cellular makeup... it's actually
documented: our blood is different from all other humans. This
uniqueness exudes from our persona. We are not like you who were
unfortunately born en mass, with the same old stuff sludging its way
through your un-unique blood vessels. It takes an inordinate amount of
special grace just to "be" a redhead. but if you are chosen to marry a
redhead... well, buckle up. cuzz the rest of your life will be
blessed... and very exciting.
There is that legendary wild streak. But we aren't filled with a
wildness that is dangerous in an insane, impudent, thoughtless way.
No, the wildness that flows so freely through our persona is an
essence that is magical. It's a part of our mystery; an allure that
haunts your mind so that you find yourself thinking about us when you
ought to be doing something else. And you remember the things we say
and you are amazed at the way we change your life.
And then there's the temper... well, yes, it is true. It can be a
veritable explosion. It's best to run for cover, if you can. Get out
of the way and hide. Fast. only God can help you if you are the object
or cause of the eruption. Because, you see, since God painted us with
such extraordinary, electric colors, God is the only One who knows all
our secrets.
Growing up as a redhead is almost impossible to live through. It's
the only time in all of eternity that anyone dares to make fun of us
or attempt to subjugate us or depose or lessen us in any way. That's
because even we have to grow into our legacy. And when we reach the
fullness of our redheadedness, that exquisite quality that personifies
the grace and elegance, and the power and strength, no one dares to
make fun of the redhead anymore... rather, they envy us. For the rest
of their boring little lives, they wish they were one of us. Redhead
wannabes are everywhere now; sorta like flies... useless, and in the
way.
For a long time, i lived on a beautiful lake in a planned city
on the east coast. Now, i wander around the west coast...(sigh)
i am a superb writer i have written in almost every genre; at this
point, i can write anything! But now, i am working on creating
fiction...no more tech stuff, no more publicity, no more tv news, no
more non-fiction!!!!
i have two incredible daughters, and two
incredible sons,
and seven incredible grandsons (and still counting... maybe my
daughters will have daughters.)
i am of Castillian Spanish descent. My grandfather and
great-grandparents were from Spain, which always seems to surprise
everyone. It seems most people want fair-skinned redheads to be Irish,
or Scot.
It's that haunting allure natural redheads are born with (a special
dispensation from God) that all those bottle-redheads wish they could
have...
and never will...
(However, it is true that if
you dye your hair red, you immediately gain 50 IQ points!)
